The Listening Booth
2019
A wooden structure that seats two and uses a directional speaker to play audio that only those within the booth can hear. It offers new and existing library-goers, including people with visual impairment, another way to engage with content in the library.
Designed with input from pupils from the WESC Foundation as well as others with experience of visual impairment, this installation was fabricated by Knowle West Media Centre: The Factory. The Listening Booth was part of Libraries Unlimited's Evolve program and the project mentor was Daniel Marcus Clark.

A Master, Betrayed!
2021
An Arts Council England funded site-specific storytelling project, in collaboration with my dear friend Rob at Bonfire Dog and the East Looe Old Gaol Museum. Working in collaboration and consultation with local communities, we created a fictional murder mystery, explored through an interactive audio installation on display downstairs at the Museum.
Set in 1763, but commenting on many of the issues facing Cornwall today, 'A Master Betrayed!' asks visitors to find the truth in a murky criminal case. A local girl has been accused of killing her employer, a businessman visiting Looe from London. There is no body, but the man is missing, and the girl is found with a bloody knife and a silver locket bearing his initials. A simple case of theft and murder, or something more? Visitors can listen to the gossip and conjecture of six local people, all with connections to the crime, before drawing their own conclusions as to what happened. Objects placed amongst the museum's real artefacts also provide clues, and question the reliability of some of the witnesses. As the visitor explores the evidence before them, the bitter tensions, petty vengeances and dark humour begin to surface...
Taking Shape
2018
In 2018, I was invited to offer an artistic intervention in the Wellcome Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health's Midlife Conversations conference. I invited attendees to take identical balls of clay and shape them in ways that expressed their responses to conversations and ideas had at the conference. The idea was to explore how we might use non-verbal language to articulate ideas in new ways and stimulate further conversation.

The Advice Pavilion
2017
The Advice Pavilion was a temporary structure in Queen's Crescent Garden, Exeter, displaying life advice collected from local residents and communities including St. Sidwells Centre, Exeter Central Mosque, St. Sidwell's C.E. Primary School, and CoLab Community Centre. It was fabricated by woodworker James Wallwork.
The Advice Pavilion was created to celebrate the wisdom available in our local communities. Supported by Art Work Exeter.
Pop up diorama for charity: water
2022
Producing post-able slot fit dioramas for charity: water to use in a campaign to invite big brands to collaborate on projects.
This was done using laser cutting and 3D printing, in collaboration with the charity: water's branding team and an illustrator.
